You can cancel your shipment up until your Dia Box is shipped out. Just head to the Manage My Boxes page. If you’re on a “Decide As You Go” Dia Plan, you’ll be able to select the option “Cancel This Box.” You can then choose your reason from the dropdown menu and hit “Cancel This Box.”
If you’re on an automatic Dia Plan, you can go through the My Dia Plan page and uncheck the box that says, “Please send me a Dia Box automatically.” This will keep future boxes from being styled and shipped. You’ll then be notified if you still have any boxes scheduled to be sent out to you. Just check the box thats says “Cancel my upcoming box,” click “Submit” and you’re all set!
Once you’ve canceled your box, nothing further will ship out to you, but whenever you’re ready for another Dia Box, you can always request a new box through your welcome page.
