If you happen to receive a damaged item and would like to exchange it for another one that’s not damaged, contact us and we can see if an exchange is available! Otherwise, we can absolutely do our best to include it in a future box.
You can include the damaged item with the rest of your returns. We’ll leave a note on your account to ensure you won't be charged for the damaged item.
