We’re so sorry none of the pieces in your box hit the mark! You’re welcome to send any items you didn’t like back. Just make sure you indicate you're returning them when rating your items.
Then, place your items in the prepaid return envelope included in your Style or Active Box and drop everything off at the post office or in a blue USPS mailbox. You can also schedule your mail carrier to pick up your returns through the USPS website.
You won’t be charged for anything you send back within your five-day try-on period, and you’ll receive an email once we receive your returns.
