If the items in your Style or Active Box don’t fit, you can always request a size exchange when you’re rating your items.
- Select the option to exchange and choose the size you would like.
- We’ll process your request in about three to four business days, and then we’ll send over an email letting you know if we’re able to fulfill it with our inventory. Unfortunately, due to our rapidly changing inventory, we’re not able to guarantee that your requests for an exchange can be fulfilled.
- If available, you can expect to receive your exchange within a few business days!
If you’re consistently receiving items that don’t fit, you can also update your size preferences at any time!
If an item in your Shop order isn’t the right fit, just mail your return back to us within 30 days of the original purchase for a refund! Please place the items you want to return in the original packaging with the new return label attached and drop it off at any blue USPS mailbox or post office or give it to your mail carrier. You can also schedule your mail carrier to pick up your returns through the USPS website. Return shipping is always on us!
If you know the alternate size you’d like to order, just head to the Shop, add that item to your shopping bag (along with anything else that might catch your eye), and proceed to checkout.
