What do I do if none of the items fit?

When rating your items, you can select the option to request a size exchange for any of your pieces. During the exchange request, you’ll be shown the available sizes in that piece. If a size is grayed out, unfortunately, it’s currently out of stock. Just select the size you’d like to receive, and continue rating your box

If you’re consistently receiving items that don’t fit, you can also update your size preferences at any time!

Shop orders

If an item in your Shop order isn’t the right fit, just mail your return back to us within 30 days of the original purchase for a refund.

Please place the items you want to return in the original packaging with the new return label attached and drop it off at any blue USPS mailbox or post office or give it to your mail carrier. You can also schedule your mail carrier to pick up your returns through the USPS website. Return shipping is always on us.

If you know the alternate size you’d like to order, just head to the Shop, add that item to your shopping bag (along with anything else that might catch your eye), and proceed to checkout.
