We're so sorry if you did not receive your prepaid return envelope. Make sure to check in side of your original packaging, inside of the invoice, styling note or inside of the return bag provided to you in your original shipment. If you still are unable to locate your return shipping label, reach out to us here and we’ll email you a new prepaid return label right away. You can print out the label and attach it to your box—or any other box or envelope—to mail back your returns through the USPS.
Shop orders do not come with return labels included in the box.
To generate a return label for your order, head to our Return Center here. You’ll need enter the five digit order number provided in your order confirmation email, as well as your shipping zip code.
If you’re within your 30-day return window, you’ll be able to generate a return label for your item. Once you have your return label printed, attach it to the box or shipping envelope you’re using to make your return and drop it off at the post office.
