We're so sorry if you did not receive your prepaid return envelope! Reach out to us here and we’ll email you the PDF of a new prepaid return label right away. You can print out the label and attach it to your box—or any other box or envelope—to mail back your returns through the USPS.
Shop orders do not come with return labels included in the box. To generate a return label for your order, head to our Return Center here. You’ll need enter your order number as well as your shipping zip code. You can find your order number on the packing slip in your box. If you’re within your 30-day return window, you’ll be able to generate a return label for your item. Once you have your return label printed, attach it to the box or shipping envelope you’re using to make your return and drop it off at the post office. If you are unable to print your return label, bring the label you downloaded to your local post office on a smartphone or tablet. Your post office can scan the label on your phone and print it our for you.
