If there's a chance we can help you with your cancellation, please let us know. If you were not satisfied with your Style Box for any reason, let us know. You may cancel your Dia Box anytime before it’s shipped.

Self-service cancellation instructions are below:
If you have an On Demand Dia Plan please follow these steps.
- Head to your Manage Box Plan page.
- Scroll down to the Style Plan section, then click Cancel.
- If you’re sure you want to cancel, click Continue and Cancel and then choose your reason from the dropdown menu.
- Press Finish Cancellation.

If you’re on an automatic Dia Plan please follow these steps.
- Go to your Manage Box Plan page.
- Scroll down to the Style Plan section.
- To switch to an On Demand plan and only receive a box when you request one, click Switch to On Demand. You can also pause your subscription if you'd like to take a break from boxes, but want to continue receiving them later. You'll have the option to choose when you'd like to receive a box again!
- If you would like to continue canceling your subscription, click Cancel and then choose your reason from the dropdown menu.
- Press Finish Cancellation.
- All scheduled boxes will be canceled, but you can request a box from your account at any time if you'd like to try another box in the future!
Once you’ve canceled your subscription, nothing further will ship out to you. Whenever you’re ready for another Dia Box, you can always request a new box from your Box Status page.
