When you’re rating your items online, select the option to exchange and choose the size you’d like. We’ll process your request in about three to four business days and then send over an email letting you know the item’s availability. Because of our rapidly changing inventory, we are unfortunately not always able to guarantee that your requests for an exchange can be fulfilled.
Just a heads up—if we can fulfill your request, the payment for the exchanged item will be processed so we can ship the item out to you. Your styling fee credit will still apply if you’re only purchasing one item through an exchange.
