How do I unsubscribe from emails/texts?

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, you can simply hit the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any email.

While you’re able to unsubscribe from marketing emails, you cannot unsubscribe from transactional emails, such as shipping notifications, receipts or refund confirmation.

We currently don't offer text notifications, but you can set up Informed Delivery with the USPS to receive texts with shipping updates on your packages!
