You can reschedule your shipment anytime before we begin handpicking items for your Style Box.
- Head to your Box Plan page.
- Click Reschedule.
- Choose a new shipping window and select your reason for rescheduling from the dropdown menu.
- You're all set!
If you need assistance rescheduling your Style Box or if you have an Active Box you need rescheduled, please reach out to us here. We’ll take care of it for you!
