If you’re using a promotion for a waived styling fee or store credit to cover your styling fee, we still need to make sure there’s a valid form of payment on file before styling a box for you. The $1 you see is a pending authorization that will drop off from your account within a few business days. If the authorization fails, we’ll email you to update your payment information and try again to validate your form of payment. Until we’re able to confirm that a valid form of payment is on file, we will not be able to send you a box.
