All Dia customers can have access to view items from the Shop page. If you’re trying to add an item to your upcoming Dia Style Box and see a message that says we’re unable to add that item to your box right now, there may be a few reasons why:
- If your Dia Style Box is scheduled to ship in more than 4 weeks from now, you won’t be able to add items to your box until we get closer to that date. Click here to reschedule your box for an earlier date to secure the items you love!
- If you have a Dia Style Box on the way to you right now, or have one at home already, you’ll need to rate those items and checkout before you can add anything new to a future box.
- If you have a balance due on a previous box, click here to update your payment information, then head back to the Shop page to start adding new items.
