Mailing your returns back to us is always easy and free.
Dia Style Boxes
Follow these steps to return items from your most recent Style Box:
- Login to Dia.com
- Click My Account
- Click Orders
- Locate your Dia Style Box order and click "Rate + Review"
- Select keep, return or exchange and complete the questions for each item.
- Add any other relevant comments for your Stylist and then click "Next item"
Finally, to send back any items you have rated and reviewed from your Style Box, place your returns in the provided envelope. Attach the prepaid shipping label, located in the purple sleeve with your invoice and styling note. Your local post office will accept your prepaid return, or you may schedule a free pick-up from the USPS by clicking here.
Shop orders (including 11 Honoré purchases made after 8/15/2022)
To return your purchased Shop items for a refund, head to our Return Center here. Enter the five-digit order number provided in your confirmation email. If you’re within your 30-day return window, you’ll be able to generate a return label for your item.
If you’re returning multiple pieces, please indicate each item that is being sent back before confirming your return. To make sure your returns are received and processed correctly, please do not combine returns from multiple orders, or send items back with Dia Style Box returns.
Once you have your return label printed, attach it to the box or shipping envelope you’re using to make your return and drop it off at the post office. You may also schedule a free pick-up from the USPS by clicking here.
Try Before You Buy orders
To return your Try Before You Buy order, follow the link to your Return Portal provided by Blackcart when your order has been indicated as delivered. Please keep in mind you won't have access to your portal until your full order has arrived.
Once you've let us know what you're returning, a label will be provided which can be printed out and attached to any box or bag suitable for shipping. Please drop off your returns to the USPS within three calendar days.
