If an item you received in your Shop order or in your Style Box isn’t quite the right fit, you’ve got options!
- When exchanging an item you received in a Style Box and rating your items, select the option to exchange and choose the size you’d like. We’ll process your request in about three to four business days and then send over an email letting you know the item’s availability.
Just a heads up—if we can fulfill your request, the payment for the exchanged item will be processed so we can ship the item out to you. Your styling fee credit will still apply if you’re only purchasing one item through an exchange. If you’re keeping all five items but exchanging one, don’t worry! You’ll still receive your 25% discount.
You can exchange your items for a different size in the same color while processing your return request here. You’ll be able to select the new size from a drop-down menu after the exchange is requested! If the size you’re looking for isn’t listed, then the item isn’t currently in stock in that size and color.
If you’d like to exchange your purchase for a different color or a different item, complete the return process. After you create a return, you will receive a voucher code for your Instant Credit - store credit for the amount of the return, which you can use instantly. You can use your instant credit at checkout when purchasing the item you’d like to exchange for. Please note that your Instant Credit can only be used to make Shop purchases. Any unspent Instant Credit will be refunded back to your original payment method once your return has been received and processed, which can take a few business days.
