If an item you received in your Shop order or in your Style Box isn’t quite the right fit, you’ve got options!
When you’re rating your items, you can select the option to request a size exchange for any of your pieces. During the exchange request, you’ll be shown the available sizes in that piece. If a size is grayed out, unfortunately, it’s currently out of stock. Just select the size you’d like to receive, and continue rating your box.
When you’re reviewing your purchase, you’ll see your exchange request listed with the items you’re purchasing from your box. If your exchange completes a full box purchase, your 25% discount will be listed as well and applied towards your purchase. Once the purchase is complete, we’ll ship your exchanged items and send an email with tracking information.
You can exchange your items for a different size in the same color while processing your return request here. You’ll be able to select the new size from a drop-down menu after the exchange is requested! If the size you’re looking for isn’t listed, then the item isn’t currently in stock in that size and color.
If you’d like to exchange your purchase for a different color or a different item, complete the return process. After you create a return, you will receive a voucher code for your Instant Credit - store credit for the amount of the return, which you can use instantly. You can use your instant credit at checkout when purchasing the item you’d like to exchange for. Please note that your Instant Credit can only be used to make Shop purchases. Any unspent Instant Credit will be refunded back to your original payment method once your return has been received and processed, which can take a few business days.
