To generate a return label for your order, head to our Return Center here. You’ll be asked to enter your order number as well as your shipping zip code. You can find your order number on the packing slip in your box. Once you’ve started the return, you’ll be able to generate a return label for your item.
If you’re returning multiple pieces, you will need to request a label for each item. To make sure your returns are received and processed correctly, please don’t combine your returns and make sure to use each individual label!
What if I don't have a printer?
If you don’t have a printer, simply take your smartphone or tablet with the provided label to your local post office. Most post offices will be able to scan the label and print it for you! If your post office has a self-serve kiosk, you should be able to print your label there as well. Then, simply attach the label to the shipping envelope, and you’re all set.
