What is Instant Credit?

Instant Credit is an instant refund that can be used immediately to purchase items from the Shop without waiting for items you’re returning to be received and refunded.

If your purchase is eligible for Instant Credit, you’ll receive a code at the end of your return request that turns your estimated refund amount into a credit that you can use to purchase new pieces. Copy that code and paste it into the discount code box during checkout, and the credit will apply towards a new purchase.

Please note that instant credit can only be used for Shop purchases, it is not valid for purchases from a Style Box. Please note that not all orders may be eligible for an Instant Credit refund.

Any unspent Instant Credit will be issued as a refund to your payment method on file once your returns have been received and processed.
