To return your purchased Shop items for a refund, head to our Return Center here. Enter the five-digit order number provided in your confirmation email. If you’re within your 30-day return window, you’ll be able to generate a return label for your item.
If you’re returning multiple pieces, please indicate each item that is being sent back before confirming your return. To make sure your returns are received and processed correctly, please do not combine returns from multiple orders, or send items back with Dia Style Box returns.
Once you have your return label printed, attach it to the box or shipping envelope you’re using to make your return and drop it off at the post office. You may also schedule a free pick-up from the USPS by clicking here.
