How do I know when I have earned a Reward or entered a new tier?

We do most of our Dia Rewards member communications by email, so make sure you’re receiving Dia emails by logging into your account settings and ensuring your email is up-to-date in your profile. If you have opted out of Dia emails, sign up again here.
