How do I use promo codes?

Style and Active Boxes

If a promo code is applied when requesting a Dia box, your styling fee will be discounted. If a promo code is entered at checkout when rating your items, your discount will be applied towards the balance of the box purchase.

Shop orders

For Shop orders, you can redeem a promo code during the checkout process. Please be advised that the WELCOME30 code does not apply to any products in the 11 Honoré collection or from our 11 Honoré marketplace products.
