What if I see an item in my Dia Style Order elsewhere for a lower price?

We are committed to bringing you high-quality items at the best possible prices. If you find an identical product at another reputable online retailer*, we’ll match the lower price for you if it meets the following conditions:

• The lower-priced item is found and submitted within seven days of delivery
• The item is identical to what you received in your box (size and color), and is currently in stock
• The item is not included in a retailer’s exclusive promotional or conditional sale
• The item is not found on a discount or auction site such as Amazon or eBay

If these criteria apply to an item you received in your Dia Style Box or Seasonal Style Box Order**, please contact us with the details of your item as well as a link or screenshot of the lower-priced item.

*Products purchased from our 11 Honoré Collection are excluded from Price Matching
