We charge your $20 styling fee (for Themed Style Boxes outside of a subscription plan) once we begin styling your box. The frequency of your charges depends on how often you receive boxes. For example, if you’re on a subscription plan, the subscription fee will be charged once you begin your subscription and again when it renews.
Your card is charged for the pieces you're keeping or exchanging when you rate your items or when we process your returns - whichever comes first. If you are returning items and there has been no scan on your FedEx return label after your five-day try-on period, you’ll be charged for your entire box. If a charge for items kept or not returned is unsuccessful, we may attempt to collect the outstanding balance in one or more charges until the balance is paid. If you ever need a little extra time to send back your returns, please reach out to us here and we’ll happily extend your try-on period.
