Do I need to pay for shipping on a size exchange?

Shipping is always free for all Dia & Co Style Boxes we ship.

When exchanging an item for a different size, you may be charged for the item you’re exchanging once we process your request and ship it out to you. That said, you can always return it for a refund — or exchange it for a different size — if the fit isn’t perfect!
