What does the styling fee cover?

Your styling fee, charged before each box ships, covers:

• the services of a dedicated personal stylist
• five days to try everything on at home
• free shipping and returns
• PLUS free exchanges

The styling fee charge will show up as a separate charge from the rest of your Dia & Co purchases on your bank statement. The styling fee is non-refundable, however, a credit equal to the amount of your styling fee is applied to your account and can be used toward anything you keep, and free, unlimited size exchanges!

If you end up not purchasing anything from that box, unfortunately, that styling fee cannot be credited toward future purchases.
