How does the styling fee credit work?

For each box we style for you, there is a $20 styling fee that is charged a few business days before your Style Box is shipped. Your styling fee gets you a dedicated personal stylist, the convenience of trying your items on at home and free shipping both ways. You’ll also receive a $20 credit toward anything you keep!

If you decide to keep any items from your Style or Seasonal Style Box, the styling fee is credited toward your purchase. You'll see this applied as a credit on your receipt once we charge you for the items you've kept. The fee is not refunded if you don’t buy anything, and it only applies to your current Style Box or Seasonal Style Box — it cannot be rolled over to your next box. It’s important to share as much information and feedback as possible with your stylist letting them know what worked or didn't work about each piece! This helps us make sure your future boxes are better.
