I didn’t like any of the items—what do I do now?

We’re so sorry none of the pieces in your box hit the mark! You’re welcome to send any items you didn’t like back. Just make sure you indicate you're returning them when rating your items.

Then, just pop returns into the prepaid shipping envelope included in your box and drop them off at any FedEx Drop Off location or USPS Post Office.

You won’t be charged for anything you send back within your five-day try-on period, and you’ll receive an email once we receive your returns.

One way to ensure you’ll love the items selected for you in future boxes is to make sure we have everything we need to know in order to style you well. Leaving detailed feedback on each item you received helps us make smarter selections for future boxes! The more information you can leave us, the better your next box will be.
