I don’t want my Style Box this month—how do I skip it?

To skip a box before it’s styled, you can:

1. Head to your Box Plan page and click Skip Current Box.
2. Select your reason for skipping from the dropdown menu.

If you’d prefer to receive your box at another time but not skip a full cycle, you can always reschedule from that same page!

If your Dia Plan is set to One Time Purchase, we only style you when requested, so you won’t see this option. But no worries! Whichever Dia Plan you’ve selected, you can always reschedule your Style Box’s shipment for whenever works best for you.
