Why isn't my promo code applying to my order?

There may be a few reasons why your promo code isn't applying to your order. 

• Your promo code may have expired. If you received your promo code in an email, be sure to check the email for additional details and expiration dates.
• Your promo code may only apply to a specific situation. For instance, if your promo code offers a discount on a Dia Box Styling Fee, it will not work when checking out in the Shop or when checking out for a Dia Box after rating your items.
• Please be advised that the WELCOME30 code does not apply to any products in the 11 Honoré collection or from our 11 Honoré marketplace products.
