Why isn't my promo code applying to my order?

There may be a couple of reasons why your promo code isn't applying to your order. 

• Your promo code may have expired. If you received your promo code in an email, be sure to check the email for additional details and expiration dates.
• Your promo code may only apply to a specific situation. For instance, if your promo code offers a discount on a Styling Fee, it will not work when checking out a Dia Box after rating your items.
