We currently only ship within the 50 U.S. states for both Shop orders and Style Boxes. We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or internationally. We’re also unable to ship through or accept returns from freight forwarding services.
Shipping
- Shipping is always free for Style and Seasonal Style Boxes. They are typically delivered within 1-5 business days from the expected shipping date, which can be found on your Box Status Page.
Returns
- Style Boxes and Themed Style Boxes should be returned within 5 days of your delivery date. If we do not see a scan on your FedEx return label by the end of the 5 days, we will assume you loved your entire box and you will be charged for all items.
- If you later decide to return items that you have been charged for, you will be refunded once your shipment has been received and processed. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-5 business days for the refund to show in your account.

Returning Items from Your Dia Style Box
- Log in to your Dia.com account.
- Go to My Account > Orders and find your Style Box order.
- Click Rate + Review, select keep, return, or exchange for each item, and complete the feedback for your Stylist.
To return items, place them in the provided bag, attach the prepaid shipping label, and drop them off at any FedEx Drop Off location.

As of January 30th 2026, If you are sending in a return for a refund 45 days or more after the original box delivery date, your return will be refunded as store credit once the shipment is received and processed.
