We currently only ship within the 50 U.S. states for both Shop orders and Style Boxes. We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or internationally. We’re also unable to ship through or accept returns from freight forwarding services.

Shipping
- Shipping is free for Shop orders over $75. Orders below $75 will have a $5.99 shipping fee.
- Shop orders are typically delivered within three to seven business days.
- Shipping is always free for Style and Seasonal Style Boxes. They are typically delivered within two days of the expected shipping date, which can be found on your Box Status page.
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of your original order shipment date. For a full refund to your original payment method, the items must be unworn with the original tags attached, and the item must not be marked as final sale.
- To send back any items purchased in a Shop order, you can generate a return label here by entering your order number (found on your packing slip) and your shipping zip code.
- As of August 15th, 2023, we are no longer generating any new Instant Credit vouchers. Instant Credit vouchers that were issued before August 15, 2023 will continue to be active for the standard 30-day timeline. Moving forward, all refunds will be processed once we receive your returned item(s).
To send back any items you received in a Style Box, place your returns in the prepaid envelope included in your box. If you are unable to fit all of your items in the prepaid envelope, please contact us via our Help Center Web Form and we will send you another prepaid return envelope.
