For both Shop orders and Style Boxes, we currently only ship within the 50 U.S. states. At this time, we’re unable to ship to Puerto Rico U.S. territories or internationally. We’re also unable to ship through or accept returns from freight forwarding services.

Shipping
- Shipping is free for Shop orders over $75. Orders below $75 will have a $5.99 shipping fee.
- Shop orders are typically delivered within three to seven business days.
- Shipping is always free for Style and Seasonal Style Boxes. They are typically delivered within two days of the expected shipping date, which can be found on your Box Status page.
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of your original order shipment date. For a full refund to your original payment method, the items must be unworn with the original tags attached, and the item must not be marked as final sale.
- To send back any items purchased in a Shop order, you can generate a return label here by entering your order number (found on your packing slip) and your shipping zip code.
- To send back any items you received in a Style Box, place your returns in the prepaid envelope included in your box.
Once your returns are ready to go, just drop them off at any blue USPS mailbox or post office, or give them to your mail carrier. You can also schedule your mail carrier to pick up your returns through the USPS website.
