We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously. We thoroughly inspect all garments we receive through returns for signs of damage and wear, and only clothes in an unworn condition are added back to our inventory.
We use high-temperature steam to disinfect and de-wrinkle returned clothes. This process kills any pathogens which may be on the clothes and protects our employees and customers. Additionally, if a customer reports to us that they have contracted COVID-19, their returns will be destroyed and will not re-enter our inventory.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have also stepped up protections for the members of our team who work in our warehouse. All team members wear gloves and are spaced well apart, and all surfaces are disinfected regularly throughout the day. Our employees do not come to work if they are sick, and we’ll be following proper self-quarantine procedures if a case of COVID-19 is discovered within our workforce.
