You can reschedule your shipment anytime before we begin handpicking items for your Style Box.
- Head to your Box Plan page.
- Click Reschedule.
- Choose a new shipping window and select your reason for rescheduling from the dropdown menu.
- You're all set!
If you need assistance rescheduling your Style Box or if you have a Seasonal Style Box you need to reschedule, please reach out to us here. We’ll take care of it for you!
