If you require assistance with your cancellation or if you were dissatisfied with your Style Box for any reason, please let us know. You may cancel your Dia Style Box or your Seasonal Style Box anytime before it’s shipped.
If you need assistance canceling a box that has already been styled, reach out to us via our Help Center Web Form.
If you’re canceling a Recurring Plan please follow these steps.
- Head to your Manage Box Plan page by clicking on My Account → Settings → Manage Box Plan
- Under the section that says “Manage Style Plan” click on the “+” next to “Pause or Cancel.” From here you can either pause your plan, which will stop your boxes until the designated date that you provide, or you can cancel your plan.
- If you choose to cancel your plan, click on “Cancel Plan.” You will be asked if you would like to pause your plan instead. Click on “No thanks, Continue to Cancel”
- You will then have the opportunity to share your thoughts with us regarding the reasons for canceling your subscription. Your valuable feedback will play a crucial role in aiding our continuous efforts to improve our services.
- Once you have provided your feedback, continue to “Finish Cancellation”
- All scheduled boxes will be canceled, but you can request a box from your account at any time if you'd like to try another box in the future!
- To double-check the status of your cancellation, please contact us
If you are canceling a One Time Purchase Box or a Seasonal Style Box please contact us and we will cancel your order promptly.
If you are unsure about anything regarding the cancelation process, or if you’re experiencing difficulties canceling, please contact us and we will assist you. Once you’ve canceled your subscription, nothing further will ship out to you. Whenever you’re ready for another Dia Box, you can always request a new box from your Box Status page.
