How does a Dia Style Subscription work?

A Dia Style Subscription makes it easy to discover clothes selected just for you by a real stylist.

Here’s how it works:

Tell us about your style

Start by sharing your size, style preferences, fit needs, budget, and what you’re looking for.

Your stylist uses your preferences and feedback to select pieces for you—not just your size.

Receive 5 hand-picked pieces

Every Style Subscription box includes 5 pieces selected by your stylist and delivered to your home.

You’ll pay a $20 styling fee when your box is styled. That $20 is credited toward anything you keep from the box.

If you choose not to keep any items, the $20 styling fee is nonrefundable.

Try everything on at home

Once your box arrives, you’ll have 5 days to try everything on and decide what works for you.

Keep what you love and return the rest.

Save 25% when you keep all 5

You don’t have to keep every item in your box.

If you decide to keep all 5 pieces, you’ll receive 25% off all 5 items.

Return what you don’t want

Place the items you’re returning in the provided return bag and attach the prepaid shipping label.

Drop your return off at an eligible FedEx drop-off location.

FedEx offers thousands of drop-off locations, including FedEx locations and participating retail partners. Use the FedEx location finder to find an eligible drop-off location near you.

Choose a schedule that works for you

When you enroll, you can choose to receive a box:

• Monthly 
• Every other month 
• Quarterly 

There’s no fixed-term commitment, and you can manage your subscription through your Dia account, including adjusting your cadence, skipping a box, or canceling.

What does the $20 styling fee cover?

The $20 styling fee covers the personalized styling service that goes into creating your box.

The fee is charged when your box is styled and is credited toward merchandise you keep from that box.

If you keep merchandise, the $20 fee is applied as a credit toward your purchase. If you do not keep any items, the $20 styling fee is nonrefundable.

For example, if you keep a $65 item, your $20 styling fee is credited toward that purchase, leaving $45 in merchandise charges.

Can I choose the exact pieces in my box?

Your Style Subscription is designed to introduce you to pieces selected for you by a stylist based on your preferences and feedback.

The more feedback you give us, the better we can understand what you love.

If you’d rather select individual items yourself, you can also browse and shop styles through Dia Shop.

I used to receive Dia boxes. Can I restart?

Yes. If you previously received Dia boxes but no longer have an active subscription or Style Plan, you can restart by enrolling in a Style Subscription.
