How do I pause my subscription?

If you'd like to take a break from receiving boxes, just head to your Box Plan page. Once there, click Pause, then select a reason from the dropdown menu. Then, choose when you'd like to start your subscription back up and click Update! Please note that any choice items will be removed from your box when you pause it, as we cannot guarantee they will still be in stock when your plan is unpaused.
