We're so sorry if you did not receive your prepaid return envelope. Make sure to check inside of your original packaging, inside of the invoice, styling note or inside of the return bag provided to you in your original shipment. If you still are unable to locate your return shipping label, reach out to us here and we’ll email you a new prepaid return label right away. You can print out the label and attach it to your box—or any other box or envelope—then drop them off at any FedEx Drop Off location or USPS Post Office.
