How do exchanges work?

If an item you received in your Style Box isn’t quite the right fit, you’ve got options!

Dia Style Boxes

When you’re rating your items, you can select the option to request a size exchange for any of your pieces. During the exchange request, you’ll be shown the available sizes for that piece. If a size is grayed out, unfortunately, it’s currently out of stock. Just select the size you’d like to receive, and continue rating your box. 

Once the purchase is complete, we’ll ship your exchanged items and send an email with tracking information.
