How do I process a return?

Sending your returns back to us is always easy and free.

Returning Items from Your Dia Style Box

1. Log in to your Dia.com account.
2. Go to My Account > Orders and find your Style Box order.
3. Click Rate + Review, select keep, return, or exchange for each item, and complete the feedback for your Stylist.

To return items, place them in the provided bag, attach the prepaid shipping label, and drop them off at any FedEx Drop Off location. Pickup options are available for added convenience.

If you are sending in a return for a refund 45 days or more after the original box delivery date, your return will be refunded as store credit once the shipment is received and processed.
